Collaboration is key to 21st-century library theory and practice. How can we learn to collaborate better? This workshop addresses four themes of collaboration: the basics of collaborative work, power dynamics, impact and overload, and sustainability. It will facilitate participants toward more successful collaborations with faculty, across departments, and via consortia.
