The Dilemma of Marketable Skills: Reflections on a Library DH Curriculum

Developing the Technical Librarians of the Future: A Career Jumpstart Program

Recruiting candidates for technical positions in libraries is often challenging. We are piloting a week-long, all-expenses-paid event for first-year LIS students to help prepare them for entry-level opportunities in library technology upon graduation. We are interested in feedback from the DLF community about the direction and structure of the program.
