Fedora 4.0 was released in 2015, but most of the community is still using an older, unsupported version of the software. In response, DuraSpace conducted a survey and interviews to assess the barriers to upgrading. This presentation summarizes the results, and covers some proposed solutions and recommendations for facilitating upgrades.
